61 Students from SDN Cipinang Muara Undergo PCR Test

Following the opening of face-to-face learning (PTM), as many as 61 out of 63 fourth graders from SDN Cipinang Muara 01, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, underwent PCR swab test in the Cipinang Muara Urban Village Puskesmas, on Monday (1/10).

Today's service involves six health workers from Cipinang Muara Urban Village Puskesmas

SDN Cipinang Muara 01 Principal, Osep Saefudin said, it was conducted to anticipate spikes in Covid-19 cases during PTM.

"Two students are absent, as they are undergoing vaccines at Puskesmas. Then 19 teachers and educational personnel also get swab test today," he explained.

According to him, the results could only be known three days later. If some were positive, the PTM would be closed for 14 days according to the rules stated in the four ministers' SKB.

He added, the school itself has 333 students and 61 of them had passed through swab tests. The rest would get the test depending to the Puskesmas schedule.

"Today's service involves six health workers from Cipinang Muara Urban Village Puskesmas. For the first, the target is fourth graders as they often interact outside," he concluded.
